Since you are able to receive the one-time pins it appears that you have a
valid e-mail address listed to your account. Pin e-mails are sent out
immediately when the correct account information is entered. If you are not
receiving the pin e-mails within the 15 min time period your isp provider
may have some Spam blocker in place that is preventing the e-mail from being
received in a timely manner.
Please delete all old pin e-mails and add this e-mail address to your
contacts list:
PINRobot_donotreply@e-gold.comThe pin will be received from this address. Once you do this please log out
of your e-mail account and attempt to login to your e-gold account again.
This will generate a new pin request.
If this does not solve your problem, and you have another e-mail address you
wish to use on this account we will send a validation code to the email
address listed on the account. If you receive this code and email it back
to us from the email address on the account we will temporarily deactivate
the account security setting which will allow access to the account without
a pin.
If you would like a validation code please use the contact us page and
choose the specific account issues category from the e-mail address listed
to the account with your account number included and request a pin
validation e-mail.
